Following the allegations of misconduct at the Phoenix VA Health Care System, and other locations, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) and Congressman Henry Waxman (D-Beverly Hills) have requested that VA Secretary Eric Shinseki conduct a full audit of all VA medical facilities, including the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, which services Ventura County veterans.
