Today, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) announced that U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has awarded a lease for a new 41,000-square foot Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Ventura County.  Congresswoman Brownley’s bill authorizing VA to move forward with this facility passed Congress in 2017.
