Today, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) announced that the Child Development Resources of Ventura County, Inc. (CDR) will receive a discretionary grant from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for over $1 million to expand access to their Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Program (EHS-CCP).
