Today, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) announced that California State University, Channel Islands (CSUCI) and the Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD) will receive federal grants from the Department of Education’s Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program.
