Today, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) announced the City of Moorpark will receive over $500,000 from the National Park Service Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) for the construction of the Arroyo Vista Recreational Trail in Arroyo Vista Park.
