Since being elected to Congress, Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) has been fighting for Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC). As part of her ongoing efforts, Brownley has contacted the House Armed Services Committee to reiterate priorities for the upcoming conference on the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 2015.
