Today, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) introduced a bill that would repeal the provision in the Bipartisan Budget Agreement (H.J. Res. 59) that reduces the Cost-of-Living-Adjustment (COLA) for military retirees under the age of 62.
