Today, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) voted to pass the Emergency Disaster Supplemental Appropriations Act, which provides $12.14 billion in additional assistance to communities that faced disasters last year, including the Woolsey Fire and Hill Fire.
