I am excited to invite all high school students in grades 9-12 throughout California’s 26th Congressional District to participate in the 2024 Congressional Art Competition!
This is a wonderful opportunity for our region’s youth to showcase their creativity and talent. The winning artwork will be publicly displayed in the U.S. Capitol Building for a year, along with winners from across the nation. Also, the first-place winner and a parent/guardian will be flown to Washington, DC for the unveiling of the exhibit. Three honorable mention entries will also be on display in my district offices.
The deadline to submit artwork is Wednesday, May 1, 2024! Artwork should be dropped off between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on or before the deadline at either of my district offices in Thousand Oaks and Oxnard.
