The program was implemented by President Barack Obama but is being terminated by President Donald Trump, although many in Congress are working to keep it alive. … Brownley spoke about various Capitol Hill rumors — that the Senate might start over, or the House might generate something, or that a DACA solution will be built into the new budget. “It’s hard to know what the end game is going to be on all of this,” Brownley said.
