Brownley Announces Ticket Lottery for Papal Address
Today, Congresswoman Julia Brownley announced a random-selection lottery for a limited number of tickets to attend an address by His Holiness Pope Francis before a joint session of the United States Congress on Thursday, September 24, 2015. Only constituents from California’s 26th Congressional District may participate in the lottery. Ticket holders will be able to view the address from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol via televised broadcast.

This grant is awarded through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services’ Cooperative Endangered Species Conservation Fund (CESCF), and partially funded through the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF).
