We must invest in our nation’s infrastructure including our airports, roads, bridges, and waterways that are vital to the movements of people and goods across our country.     Yesterday, the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate passed the Water Resources and Development Act (WRDA) of 2020 as part of H.R. 133, the Omnibus Appropriations and Emergency Coronavirus Relief Bill.
